Outi Valkoma has been working with e-learning for 20 years in different development projects, in teacher’s continuing education field and at the faculty level.  At the moment, she is working as an E-learning specialist in Educational technology services at the University of Helsinki and offer consulting and training for our teachers related to e-learning.  Outi also answers for the electronic exam service called EXAM in our university. She is especially interested in how to foster deeper learning with e-learning methods and practices.
