To succeed with our digital transformation we need to build a culture for digitalization through  creating a common sense of urgency and constantly building knowledge. As universities, we are lucky to have the latest knowledge in house. Let us use this advantage! In October 2017, the Rectorate at the University of Bergen did just that. They invited all UoB employees to an event they called The Digital Day.
